Hello there my friends,
So the latest news this week is that atlantis lounge bar opened for business last weekend. You may remember this place as the one that wanted to house two hammerhead sharks in a three metre tank.
One of their last updates before opening featured three bimbos on a dead-lion-skin rug. So I wasn’t too pleased about that and I put out update#5 out to 103k people.
Personally, I think they (Atlantis lounge bar) was just holding back with a ‘proper’ update to reap in the negative publicity. Either that or they were just too dumb to do an official press release.
Anyway, I have just looked through 125 pictures from their opening night. And guess what? There are no sharks anywhere to be seen. In fact, there isn’t even so much as a goldfish swimming around in that tank.
So it just goes to show two things:
- The effect of social pressure can be immense and it can be harnessed in order to instigate change.
- Even one or two people can make a difference in the world.
